• 8am: VHS Band room will be open to pick instruments, flag, banner, etc.
• 9am: Report to Everett field with instrument and flag dressed in white band t-shirt, neutral/tan/khaki shorts, white socks, and white football game sneakers. Eat a healthy breakfast, drink plenty of water, & put sunscreen on before arriving. Leave your instrument case and drum cover in the car that drops you off. No sunglasses.
• 10am: Parade route starts. We will have water along the route and at the end of the Parade, along with ice pops.
• 11:15 to 11:30am:Approximate conclusion of Memorial Day Ceremony at Town Square, at that point you may go back to the band room to drop off anything you need to.
