Supermarket Gift Card Program

Support VMPA while shopping at supermarkets you already use, including ShopRite,
The Fresh Grocer, Stop & Shop, and Kings.

When you purchase supermarket gift cards through VMPA, the cards cost you no more than their face value. VMPA receives a rebate on each purchase, and most of those earnings are credited to your family’s student escrow account maintained by VMPA. These funds can help offset eligible music-related expenses for your child.

For example, a family spending approximately $200 per week on groceries
could earn close to $500 over the course of a year by regularly purchasing
and using supermarket gift cards.

How it works:

• Choose the supermarket gift cards you would like to purchase.
• Submit your order by the designated ordering deadline.
• VMPA receives a rebate from the participating supermarket.
• Most of the earnings are credited to your family’s student escrow account.
• Use the gift cards just like cash for your normal grocery shopping.

There is no additional cost to participate — you are simply purchasing
gift cards for shopping you would already be doing.

RaiseRight

RaiseRight is an easy way to support VMPA while purchasing gift cards for stores,
restaurants, and businesses you already use.

Through RaiseRight, families can purchase gift cards from hundreds of popular brands, including electronic gift cards, physical gift cards, and reloadable gift cards.

Each purchase generates a rebate from the participating retailer. There is no additional cost to participate — you pay the normal face value of the gift card, and the retailer provides the rebate.

With RaiseRight, you can:

• Purchase gift cards from hundreds of participating retailers.

• Purchase physical and reloadable gift cards where available.

Programs such as supermarket gift cards and RaiseRight allow families to support Verona’s music programs without traditional fundraising. Instead of purchasing something you may not need, these programs generate support through purchases you are already making.

Funds raised through VMPA fundraising activities help support programs, events, equipment, activities, and other needs benefiting Verona music students.
